Rolled in gaskets are standard with a low line putty seal effect not unsightly thick rubber. These are made from a material which cannot freeze when subjected to damp sub-zero temperatures - meaning the casement/vent will always open when required and not stick causing gasket damage.

The way we install our windows and doors eliminates all possibilities of draughts which will make them more energy efficient. Firstly we attach a special fixing claw round the window so that when it is inserted into the aperture, the claws form a tight secure fixing which can't be easily removed. Then we use expandable foam around the frames which seals the opening completely. The weather seal we use is high grade silicon to create a water tight seal which is finally covered with a PVC trim to leave a neat clean finish every time.
